Ronaldo-Benzema: the Champions League's top strike duo

They have scored 14 of the 21 goals that Real Madrid have hit so far.
Real Madrid boast the best striking double act in the Champions League. Between them, Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema have scored 14 of the 21 goals that the Whites have notched in the competition this season. In the eight games that Madrid have so far played, at least one of the pair has found the net, with both on target in four.

Cristiano is Real Madrid's top scorer in Europe. The Portuguese has 8 goals, and only failed to get his name on the scoresheet in the home match against Liverpool. Meanwhile, Benzema has netted six times, just one below his personal best in the Champions League.

Other partnerships
No other duo reaches the figures of the two Madrid men. For Shakhtar, who are already out, Luiz Adriano and Alex Teixeira scored 12. Barcelona's Lionel Messi and Luis Suárez are on the same total, while Jackson Martínez and Yacine Brahimi of Porto have hit 10, and Bayern's Thomas Müller and Mario Götze have 9.
